Develop bid package complete with RFP, Instruction and a Bid Submission Form
Issue any needed Addendum
Conduct interviews with "short list" of bidders
Develop a "competitive" spreadsheet of bid results with letter of recommendation

Phase 5
REVIEW PROCESS

Review of elevator contractor's submittals
Perform follow-up site visit audits to ensure contract compliance
Review contractor's billings
Perform a final acceptance audit and report of the elevator installation
